Potato Soup

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 - 8 potatoes: bite size
  • Celery
  • 2 small onions
  • Water OR chicken broth OR vegetable broth
  • 1/3 cup minute rice
  • Milk
  • Butter
DIRECTIONS
  • Cover with water or broth and cook slowly until boiling gently
  • Add 1/3 cup minute rice. Simmer till thick. Season to taste
  • When ready to serve, add milk and generous pat of butter
