INGREDIENTS:
- 6 - 8 potatoes: bite size
- Celery
- 2 small onions
- Water OR chicken broth OR vegetable broth
- 1/3 cup minute rice
- Milk
- Butter
DIRECTIONS
- Cover with water or broth and cook slowly until boiling gently
- Add 1/3 cup minute rice. Simmer till thick. Season to taste
- When ready to serve, add milk and generous pat of butter
