Potato Sausage Chowder

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1lb Sausage
  • 1 Cup chicken or vegetable stock
  • 2 cups total cubed potatoes and corn
  • 1 cup warm cream
  • Potato flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
  • Brown sausage in butter, then add to pot with all other ingredients. Spice to taste
  • Boil for 15 minutes (or Instapot for 10)
  • Add potato flakes, cream, and cheddar cheese if using
  • Let stand five minutes before serving to your family
