INGREDIENTS:
- 1lb Sausage
- 1 Cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 cups total cubed potatoes and corn
- 1 cup warm cream
- Potato flakes
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Brown sausage in butter, then add to pot with all other ingredients. Spice to taste
- Boil for 15 minutes (or Instapot for 10)
- Add potato flakes, cream, and cheddar cheese if using
- Let stand five minutes before serving to your family
