Easy Cream of Potato Soup

INGREDIENTS:

• 4 potatoes, cut in 1" cubes
• 1 sliced onion
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup flour
• 4 cups milk
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper

Combine all in pot, cook on low, stirring often, until thick and potatoes are done.
